Healthy Mayonnaise Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- Hung curd – 200 grams.
- Pitted black olive- 20 grams, chopped fine
- Extra virgin olive oil- 10 ml
- Garlic cloves- 2 to 3, mashed
- Fresh parsley- 1 tbsp, chopped fine.
- Salt and pepper- according to taste.
METHOD:
- Drain 400 grams of Epigamia Artisnal curd in a strainer with a container at the bottom. Refrigerate overnight.
- Measure and take 200 grams if curd in a big bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Your healthy mayonnaise is ready.
- Enjoy with Caesar salad or as dip with vegetable sticks or healthy homemade breads.
