Healthy Mayonnaise Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Hung curd – 200 grams.
  2. Pitted black olive- 20 grams, chopped fine
  3. Extra virgin olive oil- 10 ml
  4. Garlic cloves- 2 to 3, mashed
  5. Fresh parsley- 1 tbsp, chopped fine.
  6. Salt and pepper- according to taste.

METHOD:

  • Drain 400 grams of Epigamia Artisnal curd in a strainer with a container at the bottom. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Measure and take 200 grams if curd in a big bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Adjust the seasoning.
  • Your healthy mayonnaise is ready.
  • Enjoy with Caesar salad or as dip with vegetable sticks or healthy homemade breads.
