Healthy Methi Paratha

INGREDIENTS:
- Fresh fenugreek leaves – 250-300 g (Washed, cleaned and properly drained)
- Whole wheat flour – 270 g
- Chickpea flour/Besan – 270 g
- Wheat Bran – 100 g
- White curd – 140 g (Drain the curd overnight)
- Ripe banana – 2 medium/100g
- Ginger paste – 2tbsp
- Green chilies – 3-4, finely chopped
- Cumin powder – 2tsp
- Coriander power – 2tsp
- Turmeric root paste – 10 g
- Whole ajwain/carom seeds – 2 tsp
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp/15ml
METHOD:
- Take all the ingredients in a big container and knead properly.
- Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Make 25 equal portions.
- With the help of a rolling pin make round flat bread.
- Cook over medium flame.
- Add ghee for extra taste. (optional)
